Since 1988 Edward honed his litigation expertise serving as a defense attorney in Criminal Cases, DUI/DWI and traffic matters.

He has handled thousands of cases and is well versed in motion practice with years of trial experience. Michael Feehan
Attorney at Law
Michael Feehan is a New Jersey DWI/Criminal Attorney who focuses his practice on DWI/DUI and Criminal Defense.
Mr. Feehan has been a lawyer and member of the New Jersey Bar for 30 years. Prior to working at the Appel Law Office, Michael handled a variety of litigation matters, including Municipal Court and DWI cases and Criminal cases.
Michael also served as a law clerk to the late Arthur Blake J.S.C, Assignment Judge, Superior Court, Law Division, Essex County. Michael has been trained on the 7110 Alcotest Machine analytical system, components and peripherals. He also knows how to operate the instrument and perform a New Jersey Breath test.
Michael graduated with Honors from Seton Hall University with a Bachelor of Arts. He received his Law Degree from Seton Hall Law School, where he served as Notes-Comments Editor on the Seton Hall Law Review. After graduation, Michael was admitted to both the New Jersey and the Federal District Bars.
